- We are also currently offering free local delivery (contact-free, porch ditch'n'dash). As this is a complimentary service, we will be delivering weekly as our schedule permits. Your patience is appreciated!
- We offer $15 flat-rate shipping to all Canadian provinces.
- We also offer free Canada-wide shipping on all orders over $150 before HST. (Please select $15 flat rate shipping and once your order has been received, we will refund the shipping charges)
- Orders ship within 5-7 business days. Orders received over the weekend and on major holidays, will be processed the following business day.
- We do not offer shipping outside of Canada at this time.
RETURN/EXCHANGE/PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
- Full-priced items can be returned/exchanged. Please contact email@example.com to make arrangements.
- Return of full-priced items must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached and in new condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
- All sale items are final sale. No refunds, no exchanges.
- Your support is greatly appreciated and alot of thought and consideration goes into our sales and their timing. While we always try to be fair, it is impossible to account for every single purchase. That being said, price adjustments will be made on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion.
